Pink Party!

Convention is a great place to make new Pi Phi friends, share ideas for club programming, and put new ideas into action!

St Petersburg Alumnae Club heard about Southlake's (TX) successful Pink Party so they decided to think pink for their kick off meeting. Members were tickled pink to hear the delegate's convention report and a great time was had by all!

Race for the Cure

On October 3, Pi Beta Phi alumnae from both the Clearwater and St Petersburg clubs participated in the Tampa Bay Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Pi Beta Phi Celebrates International Literacy Day

In celebration of International Literacy Day, Pi Beta Phi began its annual click challenge on September 8. From September 8-15, Pi Beta Phi will double your value of our click goal on The Literacy Site. Pi Phi's goal is to donate 20,000 books to children in need, so please help by visiting The Literacy Site and clicking to give!

What is social networking? No need to google ... here's the description from wiki -

A social network service focuses on building online communities of people who share interests and/or activities, or who are interested in exploring the interests and activities of others. Most social network services are webbased and provide a variety of ways for users to interact, such as email and instant message services.

Social networking has encouraged new ways to communicate and share information. Social networking websites are being used regularly by millions of people.

Popular social networking services include Facebook, MySpace, twitter, and LinkedIn.

Pi Beta Phi has jumped into the social networking pool with creation of e-sisters. This interactive online community is exclusively designed for members of Pi Beta Phi.

You can also follow Pi Beta Phi Headquarters on twitter and several clubs have a spot on facebook.
