The Arrow is published quarterly. Every member receives a copy in the mail each fall. All dues-paying members receive hard copies of the remaining three issues, and members who have not paid their dues receive e-mail notices and links to the Winter, Spring and Summer Arrows on the Web site. If you suspect your mailing and e-mail addresses may not be current, please notify Headquarters so we may update your information.
